When you fill out your application please bring the following:
$35.00 Per Adult for processing fee (co signer’s also) MONEY ORDER/CASH
Drivers license and social security card for all adults (co signer’s also)
Proof of income for the passed 30 days
Your application completely filled out
No personal checks for deposit or 1st Months Rent
• All rentals are for (1) year lease unless specified otherwise
• No pets until approved by Owner. If a pet is approved an additional deposit will be required
