How it Works:
When you have a vacancy or an upcoming vacancy, call our office at 559-261-0208 and ask for a leasing agent. Our agent will get pertinent information from you regarding the property and will make arrangements to get a key. A listing sheet will be prepared and distributed to our leasing agents, and a copy will be sent to you for verification of the information.
If you have the opportunity to lease the property yourself, there is no obligation to us. We request that you notify us, so we can remove the listing from our available inventory.

Leasing Services Include:

Applicant Information – We obtain all credit information on our direct computer line to the Credit Bureau.

Verification – We take the information given by the applicant and verify it with every employer and past landlord for the prior two years.
